Leader Identity Narrative
In a leadership journey, it is import to know what moments in your life were key factor in your leadership identity. What moments umpired you to be a better leader?Who were the people you looked up to the most? What were the highs and lows of your life, and how did they impact on how you lead today? All of this can be answered by writing out a LeaderIdentity Narrative.

Reflection
It is important to know where you came from, to know where you are going. Taking the time to reflect on the most important moments in your life, and the lessons you learned from them will help you understand who you are as a leader. It will also strengthen your qualities that you value the most in leadership, and change anything that you may see as undesirable.
