Thematic Analysis
Preforming a Thematic Analysis can help you identify the common words, phrases, and themes over large quantities of assignments, papers, or information. Using the work I have completed in the OGL courses, I have identified 10 common themes that appear in my work over the last 2 years. I also compiled a series of sources from these combined works to showcase the themes best.
Reflection
After completing this analysis, I was shown that I have certain things in my life that stand out among the rest. The most common of these being family, and familial influences on my life. It was eye opening to see how much of my work is full of the same common themes and ideas. This is a great tool for all leaders to use when they need clarification on what matters most to them.
