Human Resources
An organizations most important asset is the people that work for it. Human Resources connects people to their organizations, and asks, "what can organizations and employees give each other?" Human Resources prioritizes employees needs as people, and what an organization needs as a company, and finds a middle ground between these two things. Another large part of the Human Resources job is making sure that people feel wanted and welcome in their work environments. Employees who feel safe and wanted at work are more likely to work harder and stay loyal to the company.

Reflection
It is important that leaders understand what Human Resources is , and what the do for organizations. Leaders who put value on their employees as people, and not just what they can get from them, are more likely to have happy and successful businesses. Organizations cannot run without people to work in them. That is why Human Resources is so important. It bridges the gap between the company itself, and the people who support it.
